 HOW IT WORKS

  1. Eligibility & New Clients:

    This program is designed for our current clients. If you're are interested in adding LIRA products to your skin care routine, please schedule a consultation. The consultation fee will be applied to your first purchase. Please note that first-time clients must pay in full for their products before an order is placed.

  2. Here's how it works for our existing clients:

    • Submit Anytime: Browse through our products and submit your request whenever you want. Please note that all orders will be placed on our scheduled order dates. (see below)

    • Pay When It Arrives: You won't be charged for any product orders until they arrive at the SSB Studio.

    • Easy Invoicing: Once your products arrive, you'll be invoiced through Vagaro—making the payment process simple and straightforward.

    • Loyalty Discounts: For our loyal customers on subscription and membership programs, your loyalty discounts will be applied at the time of invoicing.

    • Restocking Fee: Please note, if you order the wrong product, there will be a 15% restocking fee based on the suggested retail price (not the discounted membership/subscription amount).

    • Special Orders: If you require an order to be placed between scheduled order dates, a minimum purchase of $450 is necessary. In addition, a shipping and handling fee of $20 will be applied.

Q: When will I be charged for my order? A: You won't be charged at the time of order placement. The invoice will be sent through Vagaro once the products arrive at the studio.

Q: What if I order a product between scheduled order dates? A: If you require an order to be placed between our scheduled order dates, please note that a minimum purchase of $450 is required. There's also an additional shipping and handling charge of $20 for such special orders.

Q: What if I order the wrong product? A: Please double-check your orders before placing them. If you do order the wrong product, there will be a 15% restocking fee based on the suggested retail price (not the discounted price).

Q: How will my loyalty discounts be applied? A: If you're part of our subscription or membership programs, your loyalty discounts will automatically be applied at the time of invoicing.

Q: How will I know when my products have arrived? A: We will notify you when your products arrive at our studio and are ready for pick-up or delivery.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after I've placed it? A: Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Q: How will I receive my invoice? A: Once your products arrive, you'll be invoiced through Vagaro—making the payment process simple and straightforward.
